How You Think And Act When You Are Alone Dictates Who You Really Are

Leadership is based on the concept of doing the right thing. If we live our lives by always trying to do what’s right, that discipline shines through in every facet of our lives. Others see and feel that discipline in one who lives by it, and are not only willing to follow, but eager to do so.

We can all know the right thing to do in any situation; all we have to do is listen to what our intuition tells us to do. Call it a gut feeling or a little voice in our head or instructions that come from our guardian angel, or simply our personal system of values – whatever its name, it’s there inside each of us. The important thing is that once we recognize the right thing, we act on it. Next time you must make a decision between right and wrong, what will you do?

Remember, your conscience always knows what you did. If you can’t sleep at night or have mixed emotions regarding what you are doing or did, you need to correct that so that your life will remain focused on the true direction you wish to go.
