Behind every successful person there’s a lot of unsuccessful years. - Bob Brown

How many people do you know who one day decided to become a doctor, a lawyer, an entrepreneur, a teacher, a factory floor supervisor, or any other position that our society considers to be a success?

That happens almost as often as elephants fall out of the sky. No matter what the endeavor, to become successful one must first put in the years it takes to learn the particular art, craft or science. Then once you have the basics, it takes years of practice to become competent, then even more years of work to get it right.

Whatever you try to learn, the price of that education is paid with experience. We all fail, often miserably, in our efforts. Those who have the patience and the never-quit attitude that are the basics for success will eventually succeed. Don’t quit! Keep going! If you want to succeed badly enough, you can’t help but win the prize.

The underlying message is that if your desire is strong enough you can weather any storm. No pun intended, well, alright, just a little pun. Anyway, the fact remains that no great success in anything every did it on the first go round. There are many untold struggles that happen behind the scenes.

You must always keep that goal in front of you and accept nothing but victory and DON’T QUIT ever! You can and will reach that goal if you keep on trying. Alway learn from your setbacks and make the next time better.
