Well, the updates I have are from July 18th and the 22nd. The first is super hot because it talks about the new relationships that ASD, “Ad Surf Daily”, has recently acquired.
7.18 update cliff notes:
The first is with iContact, which is a fantastic company. iContact.com currently has over 29,000 business clients worldwide, including AT&T, Vonage, Symantec, International Paper, ReMax and Viacom, and they are now helping ASD to stay in positive communication with all our members, while respecting the individual email privacy of our members, protecting the integrity of our mailing list and keeping us 100% compliant with the laws regarding spam emails.
The next relationship is for helping with the explosive growth. ASD has now joined forces with a world class Web development firm, Webworld Technologies, to bring forth the much needed and anticipated ASD “Version 2″ Web application. This means that all our various Website and Web system problems, issues and challenges that we have been experiencing over the past 4 months, are soon to be a thing of the past.
They issued this statement: Webworld Technologies is very excited about working with ASD and Andy Bowdoin. The growth they have experienced recently is a perfect example of the kind of interest and passion that can be generated by the Internet. What might have taken weeks or months in years past can now be accomplished in days, hours or even minutes –the huge success in harnessing that kind of potential reflects the brilliance of the ASD system.

7.22 Cliff notes:
Well in this update we hear from Juan Fernandez, the CEO of Ad Surf Daily Inc.
This is an update on what has been going on with the technical updates and also gives us a time line that they are shooting for to get all of this done.
Here is an excerpt: “The technical staff of ASD have been working very hard to reach this point and are very excited about this first large step.
POSITIVE NOTICE: ASD is going to give all members a “Global Credit” for this entire week, due to server challenges we have been experiencing with the Website during this upgrade process.
The entire technical team is projecting that everything should be back to normal by this Thursday, July 25th, 2008.”
Well, they are human too as the 25th is a Friday and not a Thursday, but we’ll overlook that. They’ve been burning the midnight oil getting this back up to speed and I give them a ton of credit for getting this done.
The system is not fully functional yet as they are now integrating the existing database into the new platforms, so that should hopefully be done here real soon.

Because i felt the dire urgency to built a website for people in the dark. I did just that.
I’m a member of ASD. I realize the implications for doing such a thing, but until I hear from a hire up in ASD, i want to inform ASD members on a daily bases. I’m getting 3,000 hits a day from my second day up and running.. This is a pro ASD site. In the dark about anything? conference calls maybe, webroom, latest info?
many people with Mac computers I hear can not go into the ASD webroom, so you can read the text version here.
