Well, as I have stated there is always a few sides to the story. This recent news is encouraging for ASD, Ad Surf Daily members. Andy Bowdoin has been quiet at the advise of his attorneys until motions have been filed with the US Attorney General.

Basically, here is the run down.

Emergency motion filed to release seized funds under stipulations and oversight so ASD can stay alive and pay bills while they clear their name.

Counter argument to misrepresentation that ASD is a Ponzi scheme.

Also holes are repeatedly shot in the government special agents affidavit. Stuff like pertinent details left out as well as false comparisons with other companies that have had issues. None of which are the same as Ad Surf Daily.

All in all, I felt good after reading this and it does give life to us members. Now, who the hell knows what the gov’t gonna do, no one does but, after viewing this material I firmly believe the gov’t case is A LOT weaker than most of us initially thought.
