Here is the latest update from the company heads at Asd, Ad Surf Daily Inc. There will be a conference call tonight 8/13/08 that will supposedly have the lawyers on the line to update all of the ASD members.

Next ASD Company call expected on Tuesday, August 12th, at 9:30 pm EST

Calling numbers are expected to be:
Dial In Number: 1-712-432-3000 / Bridge Number: 945354
Dial In Number: 1-218-486-7200 / Bridge Number: 459978

Regardless of how you feel about Ad Surf Daily or Andy Bowdoin, and the fact that they are being put through the ringer by the US Attorney General, they are still providing some communication to their members. ( Which I’ve never seen before with a company in this situation.)
This is promising for us that have our money tied in with them. I know the filings from the Government aren’t very pretty, in fact are down right ugly, but, ASD has a right to defend themselves and we’ll all see how this pans out.

Personally, I think they are done, BUT, it would be nice if they could pull through. There have been many people who have done well with this company and feel they are legit. Honestly, I don’t know.

In my opinion, Frank Kern’s Mass Control has changed more lives in internet marketing than more courses out there to date. Of course, I’m biased.

All I can say is that his stuff is golden and pure genius. He has helped transform my business from good to exceptional. Now, I know that Frank Kern is a really cool dude and can play a killer guitar, but did you know that he has been responsible for creating the most profitable launches in internet marketing history. Yup, and he’s a total slacker. No, i met him and hung out with him…he really lives up to his slacker image.

In fact many think Frank Kern’s slacker do nothing, make a ton of money image is just that…nope it’s true. He doesn’t need to work that hard because his stuff is that good.

THIS IS A WARNING:

Don’t watch this video if you will bothered by the fact that you can not buy anything now because there NOTHING for sale now. It will be very hard to NOT sign up for his list, which he has been known to not accept new members for years at a time.( Like i said, his stuff is so good, and people beg to work with him and send him bunches of money…just like i did.)

If you pay close attention however, you just may learn exactly how the mystical and super ninja Frank Kern does it. Then you can copy him and do it yourself.

(Truth be known, Frank is pretty up front and will tell you exactly what to do if you want the same super ninja powers.)

Here it is everyone. It spells out everything in the Us Attorney’s case. It doesn’t look pretty.

Who knows what Andy Bowdoin, Juan Fernandez, Clarence Busby Jr., Dawn Stowers or anyone from ASD, Ad Surf Daily Inc, will do to get themselves out of this.

I don’t know anything about the laws or how bad this really is but after reading this it was quite enlightening as to the background of these people. I hope this looks a lot worse than it appears, but it appears to be bad.

Well, the news is dripping in and everyone seems to be speculating on what the “truth” is. Us normal folks will never actually know the truth because the lawyers have silenced Andy Bowdoin, Juan Fernandez and anyone else affiliated with Asd, Ad Surf Daily, or La Fuente advertising site.

There was a conference call last night and Andy spoke to us. Now, understand he couldn’t say much but he was there and that is a positive sign. Here is the latest statement from ASD and the details from the call last night as well as details on the next call.

Posted August 4, 2008 ASD is in the process of retaining a Washington based Law Firm that is experienced in dealing with these matters and can better assist us in challenging the allegation from the U.S. Attorney Generals Office. The ASD offices (customer service and accounting) will be open next week, but we will not be answering the phones. However, there will be a brief recorded message from Andy on our customer service lines. But be assured, we are here. More information will be released once it becomes available.

I was able to listen to the call tonight, and in short, it was positive and upbeat, but very short. I don’t do short hand so I will gave the highlights of the conversation. Andy started out the conversation that his conference was probably going to be recorded by the Government,and went on to say, that the Attorney General haven’t, and I will say this again, haven’t even filed the papers as what what the problem is. There are four Attorneys currently working on the matter at hand, and one Attorney in stand by.Best legal minds in the United States to get this resolved. We should know something by Friday or Monday. he went on to say, “God will get us through.” Andy also stated, he is not being permitted to open any emails or send any emails to the members at this time. He also gave a quote from Napoleon Hill, “In every diversity there is always an equal benefit”. The call tonight was recorded, and i will be putting it on this site for other members to listen too.
