US Attorney Filed Papers whit charges specifically laid out. I’m not a lawyer and I know there are always 3 sides to every story BUT, this doesn’t look good. I read this last night and can say that I personally think this is the end. (That’s just my opinion! I’ve been wrong before.)

Well, news is coming out about this issue ASD seems to be having with the US Attorney’s office in DC.
One of the leading members, Steve Watt has informed me of a some info I would like to pass on to everyone (thanks Steve).
Here’s the scoop:
ASD Legal Matter Update As you may have noticed, the ASD website indicates funds are not being allowed in or out. As we have learned this is due to a complaint and investigation by the U.S. attorney general’s office. At this time, we are unclear as to when the website will be up and what the entire situation is. In our communications with corporate officers they have reassured us that the situation is being taken addressed by their attorney immediately. The ASD attorneys are going directly and immediately to meet with the folks in Washington to tackle this issue head on. No one seems to be hiding or avoiding the issues, as we can all see by this. When a complaint is filed with the attorney general’s office, it must be investigated. Our assumption and opinion is that is may be due to the web site upgrade delays, or due to account funding delays, not due to any financial issues of the company. If you have been watching, both funding issues had been improving as promised, and the web site was almost completely operational today except for new enrollments as of today. We have been assured through 2 top officers, that we should be through this soon once they clear up the concern.
Here is a conference call for you to listen to. There will be others soon and when i get tem i will pass them down to you.
